Polymers and Materials We Handle

TCM formulates custom rubber compounds across a broad range of polymer systems, allowing us to meet diverse performance, processing, and cost requirements.

Internal Mixing Equipment

TCM operates ten Banbury internal mixers, each configured for consistent, high-shear mixing suitable for a wide range of formulations.

Batch-off System

TCM utilizes extruder and roller die batch-off systems across its mixing lines to reduce labor requirements and improve operator safety while ensuring consistent sheet formation and clean compound handling. Compounds move through a controlled batch-off process that includes:

  • Two-roll die or roller die sheet-out
  • Anti-tack/slab dip application
  • Controlled drying path
  • Wig-wag stacking onto pallets for efficient handling
  • Quality step: photos are taken of every load prior to shipment
